Clerk spent stolen council money on cocaine binges

Oh dear, local news isn't always what we'd hope for! It's been revealed that a former council clerk has admitted to stealing a significant sum of money. Thames Valley Police are involved in the investigation, and sadly, much of the £64,000 is unaccounted for.
